So, my fiancé and I have a wedding date!!! Ahh!!! I’m stoked about it. :) (Yes, Rick, I used your word again. He uses “stoked” and now I use it and I love it… and him!) We are planning on 10-15-11. We haven’t decided on where yet though. Maine? Tennessee? Kentucky? Myrtle Beach???!!! Anyway, I’m so excited to have a fall wedding. Fall is my favorite time of the year, and 15 is my favorite number… so it makes sense right? :) I cannot wait until we start planning. Since I’m taking a MayMester class at APSU and have a million photos to edit, we are waiting a little while until life calms down to plan. But really, does life ever calm down? Nope! LOL

In other wedding news, my cousin ShaRee is engaged to Kevin!!! Remember their session last summer? I’m so happy for them!!!! ShaRee will be a gorgeous bride. I just know it! :)

Has anyone ever heard of Rosi Golan? She’s a singer and I heard one of her songs, Shine, on this video. I love it. I have it on repeat while editing photos. :)

I had a wonderful engagement session in Nashville today. It started sprinkling right before, (and I freaked out a litte… seriously, I almost started crying because there were no warning signs of rain until right before!!!) but it quickly stopped. :)

This photo makes me so happy. It’s one of the very first ones I took of Amanda & Daniel today. They are getting married this fall on 10-10-10. I am so honored to be photographing their wedding. Amanda’s expression in this image is genuine and radiant and loving. :) I know she will have this same radiance on her wedding day too!

I will post a few more teasers from their day tomorrow. :)

I don’t have a lot of time to post this, so I can’t share much, yet, about B & T’s wedding on Saturday. However, I want to say this, every time they looked at each other, their faces lit up. They just had to smile at one another. Which in turn made me smile. :) I truly enjoyed being a part of their day and will share more later!

B & T got married at the James E. Bruce Convention Center. We fell in love with this fountain out front. And I immediately fell in love with this image when I got home from the wedding:

Half-way through the reception, I noticed the sun setting over the horizon, so we went outside for a few more portraits. :)

This afternoon I met with Jana & Taylor in Adams, TN for their engagement session. At first, we weren’t sure if the weather was going to cooperate, but it did. It only rained one time, but we were inside an old cabin taking photos and it cleared up quickly.

I am so happy about these photos. Jana & Taylor are adorable and oh-so-in-love! :)

    Hi Bethany, I have looked over the teaser pictures of “my baby girl” and Taylor and they are great. I can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures. Good Job!!!!! This is somewhat bitter sweet in that Jana grew up way too fast. My Baby Girl has turned into a beautiful young woman. I really like the second and third picture, you can see the love in the eyes.
