Of course this blog post would start off with a collage of cat photos. ;) You may remember the story of how Alison and I met, but if not, read that here. It has to do with the orange beauty in this collage of cats:
I just love Alison & Andrew! You can see it in their expressions to one another that they are joyful wherever they are, as long as it’s together. Their wedding day began at the Omni Hotel for Alison, and their home for Andrew. Andrew and his Best Man, brother and parents got ready at their house, while Alison and her Matron of Honor got ready at the Omni. Alison’s mom and step mom joined us when Alison put on her gown, and everyone just beamed with pride as Alison put on the final touches. The moment a parent sees their child all dressed and ready for a wedding is so special and I love to capture that for families. Once Andrew arrived at the hotel, we had a First Look in front of the huge glass windows that featured the Nashville skyline behind them. Their Omni Hotel suite was truly fantastic, and they had the best Nashville skyline views! We then all moved onto the reception venue, Corsair Distillery, for family photos, more bridal party images, and the ceremony. The day just seemed to flow naturally, happily and calmly into every event, and before we knew it it was reception time. I loved their reception band, Nashvegas Allstars! They kept the guests moving and grooving well into the night. Alison works in the music industry, and she obviously has great taste with picking this band and her ceremony singers. I have so many great details about of A+A’s wedding day I want to share, but I feel like I’ve rambled too much. haha! I hope you all enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed capturing them!
Also! I blogged their film images HERE, so check those out if you want to see more from their day. In addition I’m putting even more digital images than what is on here on my Facebook page later today, so be sure to LIKE my page to see more there. :) Okay! Enjoy these images from Alison & Andrew’s gorgeous wedding day.
Special thanks to my friend and fellow photographer, Mary of Ruby June Photography, for capturing the day with me. :)
Have a wonderful weekend!
