I can’t believe how soon March will be over. Only seven more days and then it’s April! I’m excited. I can’t wait until we have continuous warmer weather. I don’t know about you, but I feel like this has been such a rough, depressingly cold winter. The trees blooming outside make me believe that the warmer weather is about to arrive, and stay for good, soon. So soon! :)
Something else I’ve been looking forward to in the warmer weather, is that means it’s getting closer to the baby’s arrival. I know he won’t be here until September, but it’s still so symbolic of time moving closer to when we will meet him. :) Oh, did you notice that? I used ‘he’ and ‘him’! haha! Yep, we found out on March 13th that the baby is a BOY!!! I have been thinking it was a boy for about five weeks now. I just had that gut feeling. :)

Since I love airplanes and we got married on a runway, we are going to do the nursery in airplanes. ;) Actually, I’m not sure if I told Rick that yet or not. Ha! Hey, FYI Rick, we are decorating the nursery in airplanes. Which, that reminds me! I have to buy these amazing crib sheets I found from Restoration Hardware:

Since I live so far south in TN now, I never see UK apparel in stores anymore. So, when I saw this little UK outfit at Wal-Mart last week while in KY, I knew I had to buy it. :)
Thanks to my awesome sister for taking those two images. :) That was the 19th, at 16 weeks. I really thought I would be bigger by now. I also feel like the photos make me look bigger than I am… Maybe I’m just in denial? ;) Either way, it’s all exciting!
Also, I’m convinced that this little boy already LOVES basketball like me, because while watching the UK and Wichita game yesterday, I felt him move for the first time! At least I’m 97% sure it was him. It was a feeling I’ve never had, and it felt like three little bubble movements. I can’t wait to feel him again. :)
I am looking forward to April’s pretty flowers, warmer weather, and a wonderful wedding the first weekend! Abbey & Chris’ wedding is going to be great! Here’s a sneak peek of their engagement session:
